MasterChef

Great results, every time: You can easily cook a variety of dishes automatically with the electronic programs. Whether you are baking a cake or cooking poultry – you do not need to select the operating mode, or choose the temperature or duration. The degree of cooking for meat, for example, can be set as per your individual taste.

Taste Control

Stops the cooking process for perfect results: The oven compartment can be cooled down completely after the cooking process so dishes don’t carry on cooking in the oven. Or the oven can keep the food at serving temperature by opening and closing the motorized door. This ensures that your dishes are cooked to the perfect degree and no further – even if you aren’t there to take them out of the oven straight away.

Cleverly Networked

With the innovative Miele@home system, you can take full advantage of your Miele appliances and make your everyday life even smarter. All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control, or integration into existing smart-home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.

Cleaning with Zero Effort

Make your everyday that little bit easier: Self Clean turns food residue to ash, which can then be easily removed from the oven surfaces without a trace – so you hardly need to put in any cleaning effort at all. Aggressive cleaning agents and hours of scrubbing are consigned to the past. Incredibly practical: Some accessory parts can stay in the oven compartment during cleaning, depending on the model.

AirClean Catalyzer

Protect your walls, furniture, and curtains: the AirClean Catalyzer reduces grease and unpleasant odors considerably during pyrolytic operation – so the air inside your home is always agreeable.

MotionReact

You can control your oven without pressing a button or touching it at all. By simply approaching it, the oven compartment lights up and the display switches on, and you can even dismiss buzzers that indicate cooking is finished, adding a new level of convenience. If an appliance is in use behind a closed cabinet front, MotionReact emits an acoustic signal and switches the appliance off if necessary.

Timers

How to be ready on time and relaxed with it: just set the start time, end time, or duration of the cooking process. The process will then end automatically once the programmed duration has elapsed. The built-in kitchen timer is a really convenient feature in lots of situations too. Furthermore, in the event of a power outage the set time is saved for up to 150 hours.

MultiLingua

User convenience for everyone: You can choose from many different languages on the display. This means the appliance will be easy to operate in a range of languages. MultiLingua is available for all appliances with DirectSensor S controls or later.

SoftOpen

Always a head-turner: thanks to a sophisticated damping mechanism, the door closes and opens with impressive grace. And it does so up to 90° – so you have plenty of room to reach the food inside the oven compartment really easily.

Crisp Function

A delicious, crispy outside is the perfect finishing touch for some foods: Fries or croquettes, for example, are best cooked in a dry oven climate. This is achieved through the controlled reduction of moisture in the oven. You can select the Crisp Function to suit your needs.

TwinPower Convection Fan

With the TwinPower Convection Fan, you don’t have to wait long at all for your oven to reach the right temperature – it will be preheated in no time and your food can go straight in. Two heater elements and two fans ensure perfect circulation of the hot air inside the oven. This not only ensures that the oven is ready for use quickly, but also guarantees even results.

Touch-Cool Front

Miele Ovens are cooled on all sides. This keeps the control panel and handle areas as well as adjacent cabinetry relatively cool. The multi-layer panels insulate the oven door effectively and ensure a low temperature on the outside of the door, providing safety and protection against burns.

Safety Functions

Be proactive to improve safety – the appliance can be locked, preventing unintentional operation, e.g., by children. In an emergency, the safety shut-off is invaluable: a Miele Oven will automatically switch off if the maximum operating time is exceeded. This means that, even if you forget to switch off the oven, safety is guaranteed.
