The Designer Difference

With this in mind, we wanted to make sure you are all aware of the programs already in place which reward the designer for specifying certain manufacturers’ products. These are best-in-class luxury appliances that you would already specify on your own. Now, however, you can get rewarded for it.

These programs require you to sign up through the trade portion of their web sites as a member of the design trade. Once you complete that and it is approved by the vendor (no fees involved), every time a product on that manufacturer’s incentive program is specified by you, then sold and delivered out by your appliance dealer, you take a copy of that order and submit it with your claim. You get paid directly by the manufacturer. This does not require you to sell the product through your company—you simply specify, and after it is sold and delivered, you fill out the claim and the money gets deposited directly into your account.

Beginning January 1, 2025, all purchases directed to Lee by you and submitted to us for tracking purposes will contribute to a graduated Specifier Loyalty Reward Program*.

If you and your customers track over $50,000 of purchased product (Does not include tax, installation, or any other credits applied) from us in the calendar year, you will earn a loyalty reward of 1% of those dollars back.

If you and your customers track over $100,000 of purchased product from us in the calendar year, you will earn a loyalty reward of 2% of those dollars back.

If you and your customers track over $250,000 of purchased product from us in the calendar year, you will earn a loyalty reward of 3% of those dollars back.
